These terms apply to your use of My Product Factory™ (myproductfactory.com) (the "Website"), which is operated by My Product Factory™ ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Products, prices and availability
The Website presents products we are considering offering. Products may be sold out, unavailable, or not yet released, and descriptions, images and prices are subject to change or withdrawal at any time without notice.
Nothing on the Website is an offer to sell. No order is created, no payment is taken, and no contract for the sale of goods is formed by viewing a product, selecting an option, or clicking "Buy now". If a product is sold out, the Website will tell you.
2. Notify-me requests
If you enter your email address to be told when a product is available, we will use it for that purpose as described in our Privacy Policy. Doing so does not reserve a product, guarantee availability or create any obligation for either of us, and you will not be charged. You can ask us to remove your email address at any time by contacting us.
3. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Website or the systems that run it;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
- use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to submit forms, or submit email addresses that are not yours; or

The Website uses third-party services (for example, hosting and advertising measurement providers) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to resupplying the goods or services or paying the cost of doing so.

We may change these terms, and the Website itself, at any time. The "last updated" date shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
